Some Days Are Good

Today was a good day.  Ace felt good enough to take me to lunch and a movie.  He did take a nap when he got home, but that's okay.  This is chemo week.  Both Darby and Ace start to feel anxious the day before chemo.  Darby is chemo weary.  Ace tries to do everything he needs to do the few days before chemo because he knows the 3 or 4 days after chemo he feels awful and can't do very much.
