Ace is doing very well. He is exhausted all the time and doesn't like to eat because it tastes like metal. Finding something for him to eat that he likes is a problem. We don't want him to lose weight so we try almost everything. He was a picky eater before, now he's really picky. Things he used to like (hamburgers) are now distasteful to him. We've been eating chicken noodle soup in this house for a very long time.
Today we go in for blood work and then we plan to go to a movie. Neither of us like staying in the house all the time. Ace can go out for a couple of hours and then he wants to go home to rest.
Hailey has started a blog like her grandmother keeping track of her illness so the family can read what is happening with her. I'm so inspired by her brave spirit and resilience. The blog address is:
